Usually, the clinic that helps patients with this medical problem is run by non-other than an anesthetist!
At first, it did not make sense as to why an anesthetist would specialize in this type of therapy but once you look deeper into what they do, it all makes sense.
As they are the one that controls the drug/drugs administered to you when you ” go under ” anesthesia and keeps you alive by manipulating and or controlling the drugs, the equipment and your response to the procedure so that you do not feel the pain, makes perfect sense when thinking about chronic pains and how to treat it.
As all pain centers around your CNS (central nervous systems) which is the area of the brain that they specialize in, they can help with the therapy and or treatment quite well.
