What is the most important factor when Considering Early Learning Centres for your kids?
THAT WOULD BE THE MOST OBVIOUS, RESEARCH:
- though it is the most obvious answer to this question many people never consider this, they tend to go with word of mouth and closest to their home, en route between school and centre and or work, further research should always be considered as to look for:
- WHAT CHILDCARE MANAGEMENT PROGRAMS DOES THE FACILITY OR CENTRE HAVE IN PLACE
- WHAT HEALTH AND SAFETY PROTOCOLS ARE BEING FOLLOWED (the more the better)
- WHAT ARE THE STAFF AND OTHER CHILDREN ACCEPTANCE PROTOCOLS ( will show the type of staff and children allowed in the facility – as long as not based on racial or gender lines but qualifications and manners)
So before you jump to what your “neighbor or colleague” told you, go research some of the above and see the difference.
