Power BI Administration Roles

BI Powers of any organization must be managed and controlled by an administrative group. The individuals that are assigned to do the work have some roles that they have to ensure are well done and articulated by the organizational general rules and goals. It is one way of ensuring that corporate resources are in the right places.

The users that have been delegated the powers have certain roles and tasks that all attribute to the configuration and management of the resources within the organization. They have unlimited access to all the management features of the organization and assign roles to others.

They also must manage the subscriptions to the organization. They are in charge of the purchase of licenses and assign or remove the consent for the users. Some of them are in charge of creating and managing users and groups and reset users’ passwords whenever need be. Power BI Administration also makes reports on usage and performance.
